• I am writing a paper and the Template is set to Times Roman 12. However, any time I press the refresh button of zotero, the bibliography font type changes to Calibri (Body) 11.

• I am really frustrated. It appears Zotero includes the full name in the in-text citation for references with the same surnames. I am getting worried. What should I do.
